PILL just acquired two companies on April 27.....I don't think that Mr. B. is coming on board for free plane rides to board meetings in Chicago.....something is cooking, but what is it?????????

I'm an attorney, not a class action attorney, nor that familiar with SEC regulations, just curious what scenerio do you forsee with the shareholders getting raped (at around $1 per share)? From what I've seen, Mr. G has a lot of Accumed stock, still. I think it would be in his own best interests to increase the value of the company. Just curious, and thanks for your feedback.
