What possible good would it do MRV t have a secondary at these levels?? REALLY?? What are you people smoking?? Dilution at these levels. Let's put this to rest NOW. There is very little reason that I would sell at this point, them having a secondary is Definitely one of them. Also, iof they were to choose to donate their cash to help get Jesse Helms re-elected, that would be another. Both are about as likely.
