Eric;

Do U know if VTEL monitors SI? Several companies do. It might be wise on their part, just to see how "ticked" some of their shareholders are.

Where's the Oxygen?

Eric,

1. Think that the long term prospects for VTEL are sound, although I am distressed about the recent down draft in the share price.

2. Seems to me that a large instituition is liquidating their holdings and depressing the price.

3. Sales of VTEL units I think are going well. I see additional units being procured by the government all the time. Indeed, VTEL is the defacto standard for several government agencies.

4. Also rememeber following a decision by Kinko's to pull the PCTL units and replace all with VTEL units. If even a small (25%) of Kinko's decided to deploy VTEL units we should see a nice increase in sales. More importantly, we should see sustainable sales growth qtr to qtr.

5. I will be anxious to see revenue growth in the consulting and services group from King of Prussia. This is one of the true revenue machines that VTEL (IMHO) that has not really contributed much yet. I have big expectations for these guys.

your thoughts?
