Thank you Glenn for answering questions from your investors. For you to take the time to check and answer all the questions shows your integrity and full support behind your company. While many show skepticism on other threads, you have been forthright in your responses. I am going to sell some of my other investments and buy more shares of your company within the next week. Last week Smith and Barney were not letting their clients buy only sell. There was some speculation that they are helping with some financing. Are you able to address this? Once again, much respect to you for taking your time to SI. Terri

Glenn, thanks for answering some of the questions here. It really helps.

Do you know the specific date next week for the release of the financial information? I would like to have a good look at it before I invest in any stock. What will the marketing, D&B list, and other expenses gonna cost the co? Thanks :)

Mr. Zagoren -

I join everyone else on this thread in thanking you for spending your valuable time ridding the thread of possible hearsay and setting the record straight on as many issues as possible. The fact that we have a better informed group of investors will have two immediate positive effects:

1. Current investors with greater confidence in PNLK (increase in long termers will result)
2. New investors added as the informed spread the word

In addition, can you tell us what specific plans are in place for 'officially' announcing the start of PNLK's service? News interviews, paper advertisements, internet advertising, etc?

Also, is the launch going to be low key or highly visable - the reason I ask this is because of the caution shown by PNLK in making sure the system works before bringing it online for the first time; a few variety of participants early on to debug the run-time operation could be easier short term.

Second, can you tell us if PNLK has already signed on any companies?

Third, once the launch is executed, is the company planning a shareholders meeting?

Finally, if you are willing, can you give us your subjective/objective intuitive feel as to how PNLK stacks up against your other success stories? For example, chances for success and so on...

Thanks again for your time to answer our questions. Please send your bill to Tim Luke and Carol mcIntosh - I'm sure they'll cover it for the rest of us <VBG>!

- George Willse

Mr Zagoren:

In the FAQ on the PNLK web site there was mention of a 10% response
to your initial blitz with "return checks". I am curious why the
number return checks was not included, but rather only a percentage.
If I were to interpret this as a skeptical investor, I could take
this to mean that as few as 10 were sent out and 1 check was returned. Big deal, whats all the excitement about?

Can you level with us and tell us how many subscribers you have
signed up as of NOW? I assume that when you go "on-line" within 2
weeks you will have some number of subscribers who have paid to
1) make their products available & 2) have access to other vendors.

It's great to have such an optimistic target of 40,000 by the
end of the year, but given that 2 years have been invested in
developing this, you should have a reasonable number of subscribers
already. Please tell us HOW MANY, or give a good explanation of why
this information is not being made available.

Thanks in advance for a candid response.

Pete

Thank you Glen!

Your presence on this thread is more then welcome.

If you have the time and if you want to, I would suggest that you take time once a week to answer our questions for an hour. I'm sure that this weekly rendez-vous would be followed by a lot of SI PNLK investors. Even somebody from PNLK could replace you for a week? How about Mr.Collardeau himself? It could save you and Mr.Collardeau a lot of time answering questions from a group of investors instead of answering to them individually, on the phone?

I appreciate responses given so far, keep them coming!

Thanks Mr. Zagoren for your time. It is cool to have you aboard the SI.

Does anyone know what the number of shares outstanding are and the number of shares in the float? 1.7 mil shares traded 5/1.

Dear Glenn:

In a previous post
I wrote the following:

"Did have a very interesting conversation about global commerce and PNLK with some one else which I'll tell the thread about sometime before opening on Monday. This person already knew about PNLK and has been already evaluating its possible use by his LARGE company...."

Since I wrote this, I have thought some about this conversation which I noted above. Rather than be so mysterious, I'll just say the person I had my conversation with, was a higher up at AMP Incorporated (amp.com, NYSE-AMP). I'd give his name but I don't remember what is was.

He said he was aware of PNLK. He said he had already been evaluating PNLK. He said he has been very impressed with the little he knows so far. However, he also said he didn't know how his company could use your services. AMP is a multi-national and already has its established network of trading partners and offices in 50 countries. But he also thought PNLK would be very beneficial to small and medium size companies who aren't multi nationals and don't have established networks and need help navigating through all the trade agreements and other issues regarding global commerce.

He was interested in seeing your launched site, and when I mentioned this thread, he was also aware of SI and said he might join in.

Glenn, do you agree with his assessment?

Or, do you believe you can provide services to some of the "big boys" as well?

How are you defining, and who are your initial target markets?

Anyway, I was extremely pleased that he already knew about PNLK before the big marketing push. I initially asked him if he had heard about PNLK, and he then immediately gave me a very accurate assessment of the range of the services PNLK provides.

So it should be nice to know that some companies want to know about "our" company- PNLK- already.

BTW- when are we going to have are first share holder meeting?

And where?

Can't afford parking in NYC, but maybe I can
use your space. LOL

Glenn,

Thanks again for all of your help to the PNLK investors. It sure is helpful to know that we can get some accurate information from this thread. Anyway, I talked to IR on Friday to get an investor package. the girl I talked to (I can't remember her name) told me that people are calling like crazy right now. That should be good, because obviously there is a lot of interest in both the stock and the company in general. While we were talking, I asked her how many employees there currently are and she told me 7. I also asked her how many PNLK planned on having by year-end and by the end of next year. She told me to talk to you!! Do you have any idea what current forecasts are for employment levels for this year and next year. She said that the company is currently hiring, but are there any targets on how many immediate hires? Also, approximately how many customers would require the hiring of more employees.

Thanks for you continued support to the shareholders and potential shareholders of PNLK.

Keith
