Hi Bob-

Computers have a way of making us ALL look pretty idiotic at times! :-) You probably have found it by now, but in case you haven't, you can use the Find function by clicking Start, then selecting Find... Enter the file name I sent to you and it will search then display any directories where it finds the file name. Then you can use Explorer to move the file to a location where you keep all your spreadsheets. Don't know where that is? Look at Tools -> Options... in Excel and see where the path is set. Btw, the text file that explains the use of the spreadsheet can be displayed/printed by double clicking on it in Explorer.

re: secrets for use... probably, but I don't know them either!! :-)
