MIDL ... Now everyone knows not to get me sarted on MIDL. I am too excited and gleeful about it. Is it hype maybe but I have a reason and all the dang posts I have spent hours doing. Nothing but solid DD and verification. 1. Do they have patents on DF144? ABSOLUTELY both product and process 2. I saw no mention of financing for their proposed plant is financing in the works? From my understanding that is not a problem. 3. They do not seem to have much cash and several outstanding obligations, do you know the extent of the obligations? They have sufficient cash and I do not know about Obiligations you are speaking of. The shell has no debt, they sold off there interst in Bob West so no obligation there either. I do not know where you are getting this information. GB
