Mike: Thanks very much for that very precise information. It looks like I could have done a bit more homework before asking.

The sad truth is that SI makes me lazier when it comes to due diligence as its easier to ride on the backs of others. But thank you.

What do you think about buying NUMD common at today's price range? Looks like it's selling at about book value - according to Yahoo.
