TO ALL: JUST TALKED TO HOWARD FOOTE I was able to track down Todd's hotel phone number and room number in Las Vegas yesterday. Called him repeatedly last night till 1:15am (Central time) this morning. None answered the phone. I left a message and my home number. I had to go Atlanta airport at 5am (central time) this morning and got back at 3pm. Todd called back and left a message at 7am (pacific time--9am central time). He said he didn't return to his hotel room until 2am (4am central time) and they continued working after that. I called a few minutes ago, the service desk said he is not checked out yet. So I left a message again and called back several times afterward. I saw three messages on SI wanting to hear from me and I became desperate. So I tried Howard. I was very surprised when I actually got him on the phone. The test is a complete success. He is very pleased with the test result. I asked him about news release date and pointed out that I was told the news was going to be out on May 5th. He avoided confirming that date. He just said they will have a big meeting tomorrow and they know they have to get something out. I asked him: "Are you going to release some (company) names in the news". He said "oh yes". He said they will put some information about the test on the web site. I asked: "will you post that on May 5th?" (Todd told me before that they will post pictures on web on May 5th after the news release.) He said he has to talk to their web people and it takes time to make it look better. I told him I do a lot of web pages and I could do it overnight to get it on the page. He said "you do?" But didn't ask me to do it. I then asked him about the contract. I told him SOWL said the the contract is going to be signed between May 12 and 15th. He said "oh no". I asked "does that means you don't have a date yet ?" His reply: "internally we have a date". Overall I didn't have much luck digging information out of him today. I always had better luck with other people in the company. I am very happy that I didn't sell any shares on Friday ! yongzhi
