Hi Larry. Actually, I have been watching this message board for a while. I have been heavily invested in SLUP for about a year. In fact, I am just about over my head in SLUP. Given Friday's events I felt that I should contribute whatever I can. Given my heavy position in SLUP I am extremely concerned. I would not be surprised at any reluctance by Smart, or whoever else the SEC may have contacted, to discuss their contracts. After all, would you want to disclose the details of your business to a Chinese or Hong Kong regulatory agency? Also, I forgot to mention that whoever it was that I spoke with on Friday emphasized that all of SLUP's filings with the SEC were prepared by INDEPENDENT auditors. Hopefully, this thing will be resolved by SLUP's providing the SEC with additional info and/or documentation.
