Alomex,

Are you twister? I've always had a hunch you might be. If you are, please email me. I do owe you (or twister) a beer and you (or he) never showed up in Dec. 97'. I promise not to blow your cover. December of 97' did look dismal. So I missed by a few months. And for the record, I offered that beer on Oct 6, 1996 when AAPL was 22 3/4.

hindsight n (1866) : perception of the nature of an event after it has happened.

as in...

the perception that Steve Jobs is providing sound direction for Apple, after the company has posted two profitable quarters. You showed no foresight regarding Jobs when he came on board, in fact you trashed him. Now with the hindsight of two profitable quarters, you've changed your tune.

I still don't get your point about people trashing Sculley and Spindler only after they were fired. How could they have trashed them on this thread before they were fired. It didn't exist.

Actually, there's really only one thing I would like to know. Have you finally, actually purchased some AAPL shares? Or is it just on paper?

If you have, then I call for a truce. I'm sure our pissing contest is boring the good people on this thread, anyway.

Regards,

Scott
