Hank - at least tell this newcomer that you're seriously invested on the short side. IMHO there is a good chance they will be withdrawn once the NDA is filed and the lawyers finally get around to their due diligence. Worst case is Zonagen settles to avoid legal fees & de-focusing activities - that settlement will not significantly impact the $60+ million cash on hand right now. <<<They will not get any additional funding from SGP unless Vasomax gains FDA approval, which it will not.>>> I'm willing to wager that there is a milestone payment tied to the FILING of the NDA - maybe another when the FDA accepts the submission. There are not THAT many milestones left over which to apportion the remaining $47 million committed by SGP - the two above, then the approval, some revenue targets and maybe some international registrations. <<<Don't waste your time or your money.>>> Certainly your own, personal, opinion. You are, by your own admission, a short investor - advising someone away from the stock is to be expected. BTW, all the above is IMHO. P.S. - Probably futile but - GO ROCKETS!!!
