This thread and stock are incredible... The story just keeps getting better.. And yes I now know I to am Andy and I am a DGIVaholic.. I finally realized it tonight, when I was over visiting family and I was talking about you know what.. This is so unlike me, I don't like to give anyone advice on what stock to buy, but I gave a strong opinion on this one.. I guess another tell tale sign to this addiction is I'm sitting here at 1:15 am reading and typing on this thread. Is there any cure for this Doc... I'm desperate. Ok I'll buy some more on Monday.. Yes dear I'll be right to bed.. I must go now before my wife has me committed. I think everything will be ok once she gets a gander at the SCWHAB account down the road abit.. WOW, Just trying to digest all the info macker has bestowed upon us here - AWESOME UPSIDE, PEOPLE !!!! Anyway, just got back from dinner with some clients and friends, guess what the No.1 topic of conversation was? Yes, you guessed it! Digitcom - One of my friends knows about DGIV and told me that back in March, one MM (which shall remain nameless) heavily shorted DGIV around $1 a share - over 2 million shares - Obviously it backfired heavily and the MM "covered" on April 2. (with a $4 million dollar loss) My friend also confirmed the "big" buyer on April 16. He said he doesn't think any of the remaining market makers that have inventory in DGIV (Nawe & Nite) will dare to get caught "naked" again. Being the type of person, who is heavily into research and quantitative analysis I had to get home and confirm his ascertions. Sure enough check bigcharts.com It will show you the tremendous volume in the middle of march and on April 2 (over 2million shares in each case) Since I was already at it, I wanted to check on average volume on DGIV and it shows me a steady daily volume of around 300k per day, unless the MM are filling a large order - e.g. April 15 & 16 and we all remember April 24, "16th and 24th" when the MM tried to successfully scare some of us out of our shares. People, it's all a game and sooo very simple - DIGITCOM has arrived - WE ALL KNOW THAT - the pieces that will make this company a telecom company to be reckoned with are in place. You and I know it, the MM know it, Institutional investors know it now, brokerage houses know it and mutual fund managers know it now more and more. So the mm will not be caught short again - to avoid that they will probably drive the stock up very fast and then way down to accumulate more shares that way e.g. - up one day in the morning on little volume 8 to 9 1/2 or so than bring it down all the way to 6 3/4 - I have seen them do it lots of times - (ALL TO AQUIRE MORE SHARES FROM YOU) For anybody looking to TIME this stock - DON'T !! You will lose at least 1/2 pt to 3/4 trying to get back in - STAY LONG ! BE SOLID IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT DGIV IS AND WILL BE A $30 STOCK AT THIS PACE IN A VERY SHORT TIMEFRAME AND LET THE MM PLAY THEIR GAMES - RELAX - YOU HAVE FRONT ROW SEATS TO THE GREATEST GAME IN TOWN ! YOU ARE HOLDING YOUR RETIREMENT, DREAM VACATION, DREAM CAR OR DREAM HOUSE RIGHT IN YOUR HAND - DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE A LOT OF MONEY - YOU WILL BE REWARDED - IF YOU ARE PATIENT !!! keep your eye on volume and buys to sells ratios RICO P.S. I don't understand why people keep coming on this thread hyping other stocks - can't you read the heading of this thread WE ARE DGIV-A-HOLICS !

Macker, sorry, but I am not wrong. As I stated, if you submit a market order for not more than the ask size, then the order has to be filled. The only delay would be if there are so many market orders in front of it that it had to wait to get addressed. Very heavy volume would have to occur. This can easily be verified by looking at a Time and Sales report for the time the order was submitted. If there were gaps of times with no trades, then the MMs are obligated to fill the order. If your family members submitted a market order for 500 shares (the ask size) and it did not get filled for two hours, then they should call their broker and demand an explanation. Judith
