18 billion is not a lot; what's the limit? Will Japan tolerate 150 yen/dollar? As the Japanese domestic economy slows even greater funds will be allocated for such support; although the Japanese economy is exponentially larger than the SEA economies, this is the failed effort that led to last Octobers' problelms.

Zeev: anyone either reading here or posting here is not in the majority.
I think somebody needs to invent a simple way to securitize individual residential houses so 401K and company matching funds can be used to pay off a residence with before-tax dollars instead of pouring more money into Dow stocks. What a difference it would make!
