Only 10 days until the next AMAT earnings are released and there is very little AMAT discussion here....I find this intriguing. Near term the semi equipment outlook is not good and the Asian impact cannot yet be fully quantified, but I feel like most of the negativity is already in the stock. Perhaps the sentiment is that near term it will underperform or possible be dead money. On the other hand the lack of hype and speculation can be interpreted as bullish. I would love to hear othe viewpoints!
