Dusty,
Good thoughts....I think you are right. I've been on the DGIV thread for the last month, and today there was a call to arms. The support over there is enormous. If their tally is correct, the SI group holds over 55% of the float, which seems to be in very strong hands. This morning the leaders of the thread urged every stockholder to call in for your shares and take physical delivery of the certificates...

Seems like a powerful way to strengthen their position and really limit the available of shares to short. The strength on that thread is something we should strive for, withholding the useless chatter that is so common over there. It might be me, but I think SI allows us to fight the MM's at their own game, and it gives us a stronghold that the MM's are not use to seeing. If we bond together, I really think we can beat them at their own game, especially if this stock does what most of think it is capable of doing.

I think it's time to unite our strengths as shareholders,

Scott, learning as I go...

Dusty,

Finally, thanks for the recognition.

One of 2 ways I really believe educates the thread is friendly and evenly paced postings when the market is not open. Such as the weekend or evening.

The other is to IMMEDIATELY brand, and if I'm relatively positive of the posters intentions, bludgeon the rat bastard for all to see, and sometimes, get the nice and collegial people on the thread a little miffed at me. "Dirty job but... "

Subsequent to the "intruders' initial and questionable post, if "it" proves its intentions were truly misunderstood, "it" will become a real and "interested" poster and deserve an IMMEDIATE apology from me. Aside from a few ruffled feelings, no harm done.

However, if I'm right, and I will be most of the time, everyone is/should be the wiser about the intentions of the MM hireling. During the process everyone on the thread can be careful about that poster until they "clear" them selves. PNLK bashers beware.

By the way, if it appears that I'm "hyping" the stock, let me know. I don't want to do anything that gets anyone worried about me. You guys keep doing the great DD and attendant posting, and I'll get who I believe to be the "bad guys."

I am the radar,

Rich

Dusty,
<<I would like to know if you can offer up any tips for spotting these dudes other than the doubt they create? I would think they could and would create euphoria when it would best serve their purpose as well? >>
Why would they have to if others are doing it for them! All they have to do is get the stock to start bouncing and therefore attracking the daytraders to play the highs and lows. Since I have been at SI I have seen this happen several times where a stock starts to take off and then just as it starts to level off here come the bashers. And they do it fulltime! Non-stop. Why would anyone spend their time doing that to a stock that they do not own. I look at investing as a way to capitalize companies that create a better place to live. Therefore I have a great dis-like for shorters!
