Agree with the comments made. Strength at DGIV lies in Byron and a close group of others who coordinate support. We need the same here - Prosperous, your call.

Scott, I too learn as I go. I would add one thing to the discussion of taking delivery of certificates.

I is never wrong to do so. However,I was told by my broker that none of the shares I hold in my account can be loaned out without my expressed approval. In order to loan them out the brokerage house has to get a signed statement from the shareholder and is paid for the use of the shares as I understand it. If there is an honest broker (no insult intended here) among us can you address this issue and if I am in error please correct me.

Soctt, I had GREAT concern on this issue and made a point of discussing it with my broker. If I ever find out this is not true I will be seeking a new firm to do business with.

There are other concerns of mine on holding onto my stocks as well, one being the Y2K problem I have been following.

Dusty :o)

>>I think it's time to unite our strengths as shareholders<<

I'm long on PNLK, but I think the idea of taking possession of shares is nuts!

If I had $100 for every thread where this has been tried, I could retire.

If the company makes it, it will attract new buyers for the stock. Otherwise, forget it...no way will us threadies outsmart the MM's.

My opinions based on bitter experience,
Gerry
