Craig,
I hope you still made some decent cash selling at the point that you did considering that TSCP moved up another $1.06 a shr today. I guess the news of adding Mr Ohiluea to their Board was seen as a very strong plus buy the street. In another news item not directly related to TSCP but adds to its possibilities in South America it looks like Brazil may open it's telecom system completely to private enterprise.

Brazil may not limit foreign capital in Telebras
RIO DE JANEIRO, May 4 (Reuters) - Brazil's new Communications Minister Luiz Carlos Mendonca de Barros said on Monday that the government is considering allowing full foreign participation in the sale of federal holding Telebras (TBR - news).
''It's a possibility. We are discussing it,'' Mendonca de Barros told reporters.
In its recent sale of B Band cellular phone licenses, Brazil restricted foreign capital to a 49 percent stake in the bidding groups.
Mendonca de Barros said the government might not place any limits on foreigners in its sale of A Band cellular operators or fixed-line holding companies to be spun off from Telebras.
The federal telecommunications holding is to be broken into one long-distance company, three wireline holding firms and eight cellular companies. The sale is expected to be Latin America's largest privatization ever.
The minister's comments came following a ceremony to turn over reins of the National Development Bank to Andre Lara Resende, who was named to replace Mendonca de Barros as head of the bank.

This I see as a real positive for companies like TSCP that already have operations started in neighboring countries.

I think there may be some momementum buyers coming in on this one. By the way do you have any idea when 10q is coming out?
