Have you seen a Toshiba laptop? Do you know how ugly they look? It's definitely not something I would take home to show my mother. Sheesh ;-)

If I recall correctly, IBM was involved in the design and production of the 2400, which (originally) was made specifically for the Japanese market. I've never heard the same being said of the 3400s and Wall/MainStreet.

If Adam is out there, maybe he can clear up the issue.
