Molly's sales are insignificant relative to her total holdings. More inportant than insider selling is insider buying. Insiders will sell for alot of reasons such as charitable giving, estate planning, relocation, etc.. However, insiders usually buy for one reason ie. of all the alternative investment vehicles available they feel their's is the best. Yes, management of companies like Cade do on occasion read these lines but depending on who their counsel is they are often advised not to contribute.
