WW, 12,000 by end of 1999 is way conservative. It's only 30% rise from today.

Here is a Barron's poll, it's saying we shall be where we are at year end. And also they didn't mention Coms, what a mistake !

"Philip Morris, Intel Among Favored Stocks, Barron's Poll Finds"

Bloomberg News
May 2, 1998, 11:50 a.m. PT

New York, May 2 (Bloomberg) -- Philip Morris Cos., Intel
Corp., Compaq Computer Corp., Merck & Co., Schlumberger Ltd.,
DuPont Co. and Boeing Co. are the most favored stocks among the
230 money managers surveyed by Barron's for its ''Big Money''
poll, the paper said.

Coca-Cola Co., Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc.,
Lucent Technologies Inc., America Online Inc., Pfizer Inc.,
Gillette Co., Amazon.Com Inc., General Electric Co. and Dell
Computer Corp. were voted the most overvalued. The money managers
said they liked Philip Morris because it trades at only about 12
times this year's estimated earnings, while they thought Coke was
overvalued because it's trading at 40 times this year's estimated
earnings, the paper said."

"The money managers said they expect to see the Dow Jones
Industrial Average at 8905.77 by midyear and at 8877.42 by year-

>> and every hand to have implanted a Palm III.<<

If that happens, then the next step would be to write
a program so that it would administer small doses of
VIAGRA continuously, throughout the day.

COMS would quadruple in price overnight. <gg>
