Demosthenes and All: Some tidbits:

When ISI International sold its used and re-conditioned inventory equipment in January 1998 to Comdisco, it stated that its parent company (ISI Inc.) did so because it wanted to get back to concentrating on its core custom lithography business. ISI had put up its surplus inventory for sale through Smith Barney several months earlier. Comdisco assumed responsibility for the 33K square foot of ISI's refurbishing operations in Austin.

UTEK IR advises me that there many rumors floating around concerning ISI and UTEK and it is the company's policy not to comment on rumors.
