Some use it to sway opinion, some opinions are swayed by it,
depends on how you look at it. There are those that tout
stocks unjustly or post false rumor type information. But
there are many credible participants with invaluable facts
and analysis. It becomes evident with time who to trust
and who not to. It's just a good tool to add to your own
D.D. Silicon Investor is one of the more useful boards.
But new members seem to be suspect, as you found out.

I would imagine PFCK will have some news about independent
audit and effect that all the recent developments have had on
current and expected value of the "dirt" soon. The company
stated there will be no reverse stock split, as per Ryan Yu's
post #241.

The beauty of these types of stocks is the small amount of
capital risks in return for possible enormous gains. S.I. is
a good recourse for finding the 2 out of 100 BB stocks that
will be winners. This is all just my opinion of course.

Good Luck,
Greg
P.S. GLOW looks like 1 of the 2.

Mr. E. Z. Mony,
<< Personally I am either up 35% or down 110%, guess it depends on if the glass is half full or not? >>
Are you both long and short this stock?

Again I say I have no position in this stock.
A friend asked me to check it out.

I have read through the SEC filings.

I have read the company press releases.

I have called the company.

I have requested an investor packet.

I received an investor packet and was disappointed with what I received.

I have called to speak to S. Peacock 2 or 3 times ...nowhere to be found...must be a busy guy.

I called the PR person Annahita, and she was pleasant.

Annahita, had a basic knowledge of the company PFCK but she is in my opinion just a promoter of PFCK and interested in gathering funding through Reg S.

She was very persistent to pick my pocket when the stock was at $1.02, offering me a discount to market of 80%.

The next day she pleasantly left a message on my answering machine that PFCK was now trading at $1.30 something.

It seemed to me to be a kind of I told you so message.

Well I didn't bite ....thankfully and I feel like calling Annahita back and asking her how all the other people who did take the bait feel at this point in time!!

EZ, your reference to Hawthorne and one that went to 40, could you elaborate? Also who runs Hawthorne, where exactly are their offices and how do you call them direct?
