Hello! Dave , Jon and Tony, Your recent postings surrounding cranes and planes resulted in Dave, bringing it all together into a meaningful package for all the CVIA followers to see how it could fit in to a possible CVIA /WOTD Scenario! Dave, you already know this , but in my opinion you are one of a kind ( and I mean that in a very respectful way!)--your insight into people, life and business situations-is quite incredible and in that regard you are in a league of your own!------And not with standing quite the humanitariun! ( by the way how is Charlie doing?)...... Dave! The points you made in your recent posting I feel should give Jack a very clear signal/ message that if he doesn't feel that all is well with the WOTD side of the deal--then by all means always open for his consideration is to walk away from the deal ( and the nasty 300 to 1 share rollback)-----Call a Special CVIA Shareholders Meeting, take us through the reasons why he decided to change his mind! ( He is allowed to do that if he feels it is in the best interest of CVIA and it's shareholders!)------ -------Then we can together look at other options, even from a stronger position then a year ago, with a clean shell, some very recent seasoning for Jack ( and the CVIA Shareholders) plus 1/2 Million Dollars in the CVIA Kitty to persue other opportunities! I imagine that Jack has realized by now that CVIA has the cookie jar and if WOTD wants a piece of what is inside of it, they will have to be sure to compensate the CVIA Shareholders! I must also say it is certainly time in my opinion that the WOTD Representatives show their face, so we can see what they are all about!-----I think that most of us ( including Jack) have had just about enough of the WOTD GANG hiding behind Jack and making him the scapegoat!
