I believe the symtom would be passing out from blood loss to the brain

I am sure lots of people who don't really need it will want to try the 50 mg dose. This dosage is probably very safe with very little chance of a headache. One of the possible side effects cited by a Pfizer representative for people who don't need it is a painful erection for a few hours.
