just logged in to see how everything is going. in my research of penny stocks (and DGIV is still the first and only one i have ever owned), i have not seen one that has put together an acquistion of a company that will bring $40-$50M of Net Income over the following years.

To Sam Lee, i know how difficult it is to hang on when all the supposed EXPERTS suggest selling off and taking profits. but, show me their fortunes, fancy cars, yachts, etc. i will take their great advice :)

i wonder how investors in some of America's greatest companies that sold out early on some arbitrary percentage gain feel now. as buffet has done, find winners and stick with them.

glad to see most of the same investors still here along with all the new people....the party is just getting started.

until the morning
dwlima

Bullmarket,

I do not have a downside for calling for certs. However, I don't know if people understand how calling for certs works. I was involved with another stock that the SI people joined together to do the same thing.

As I understood it, it seems that the MMs do not have to cover for their shorts until all of the float is in certificate form. Once that happens, the next request to the Transfer Agent for a certificate will cause the TA to go to the MM and tell him to produce the shares. It is at that point he will need to buy the stock for whatever price the market will ask.

This is how it was explained. I may not have explained it perfectly, but I do think it takes time for the calling of certs to work, if it does at all.

Just my opinion...

Judith

The SHORTS actually will have about 2 days* to get their act together
If we call all our shares. Plain and SIMPLE.

The FLOAT IS GONE! THEREFORE THE WILL BE FORCED TO COVER WITHIN 48HRS and I HARDLY THINK THEY CAN AFFORD TO WAIT.

That was my case. I wanted to make a quick buck and run. But the more I knew her the more I fell in love with this company. Damn it! ___ I would bet that more than one DGIV investor initially got into this stock to day trade but have now become long-term investors of the stock after seeing its potential!
