CatLady, thanks for posting the link. I had read it before but now the picture is starting to clear up.

"CSHK is currently working with 2 current projects... one signed and one just around the corner. They also have 2 other software products that they are looking closely at. One has to do with videoconferencing and the other she could not divulge at this time."

I think FBN is interested in either the videoconferencing or the other product. That would explain their sudden interest in CHSK. Those guys on Yahoo were right. But what could FBN do with the videoconferencing product. I wonder....

Oh CatLady, you don't understand! Another six million shares is NOTHING! After all, September is a full FOUR MONTHS away, and by then CSHK is bound to be raking in TONS of money, so what difference does it make?

CatLady, there's nothing new about the 6.1 million escrowed shares, it was documented here weeks ago in discussions between myself & Nasdaq777. It was before either you or Jim B showed up here on the CSHK thread.
Please don't read anything sinister into it.
JOE

CatLady, as I stated earlier the 6.1 million escrowed shares were discussed between myself and Nasdaq777 sometime ago. These shares were for A.R. Brooks NOT Merced. From their press release that brought CASHCO to the attention of the investing world!!!!

>>As consideration for the seven year exclusive license, Cashco will pay a licensing fee of $250,000 over a six moth period and EHI will issue to Merced 1,500,000 shares of its Convertible Preferred stock, convertible into Common Stock of Cashco or into EHI common stock under certain circumstances. <<

Sorry for the delay.

JOE
