<<With the filing of the NDA expected soon, I wonder if he'll [i.e. Asensio] time his next bogus release to thwart the bump that the filing would normally cause. >>

This is a good question, and I've been thinking a bit about it myself as I once again consider the timing for starting a possible short position (I've tried to play this both long and short at different times). As you point out, Asensio does like to time such things; last week he issued his short report on BTIM the same day it moved from the NAZ Small Cappers to its NMS; his release also coincided with the publication of a bearish article in the western edition of the WSJ. Hmmm....

Let's ask Dauntless what he thinks of TXB now...

Message 4413272

The Zonagen fraud faces similar collapse. It's only a matter of time

Note that TXB management has links with Zonagen, and has been involved with a crooked stock promoter in the past (David Blech).

Just like TXB, Zonagen has no real R&D infrastructure, that is why they are hawking a half-century old vasodilator as an ED medication. Zonagen has also purchased two worthless patents in an attempt to mislead investors.

By not filing an NDA, Zonagen is simply delaying the inevitable FDA rejection.

I still have not covered a single share (including those shorted in the teens), and continue to STRONGLY recommend selling and short-selling this outright fraud.
