Terry, though some will be hurt and some will have gained, there will be a balance to all of this.

Regarding the intentions of those who post on NETZ? Sometimes the motivation is nefarious or vindictive; sometimes the motivation stems from desperation; sometimes the motivation is designed to be helpful; and, of course, sometimes the motivation is predicated on an intention gain positional advantage because of knowledge of the game, how its played, how it works.

Terry, from what I've read from your current and past postings, you have a knack for tapping honesty. You don't discount the critic, but you are determined to make the critic support the criticism. You don't overly promote the stock, yet you suggest solid reasons for your position to owning it. For all of this, I commend you.

For some months now I've attempted this myself. But as time wears on, to some critics, one becomes nothing but eye-wiping hype, a case where you get fit into the illisional reality they wish to present.

Myself? Sure I'm into a whole bag of forward-type statments, as I will continue so long they fit my belief to what I find as accurate. I'll admit though, it's both sad and frustrating when this belief that is structured out of nothing but good intentions--get labelled into a thing called nasty thing called hype.

The bottom line is nobody wants to take somebody else's bum trip. I don't. But, for some strange reason, too many on this thread seem to wish for this. I've, personally, already discovered my level for objectivity with respect to NETZ. I've gone long.

And the negatives too I've weighed. Not because I know the ultimate result, but because of my need to better understand before I pass judgment. And the consequence of my action become based souly on the quality of my understanding: What I know and what I don't know. It is the combination of all of the above that has shaped my opinion.

Terry, I hope your efforts will be understood for what they are, and not--as often happens--something that is good that gets turned, twisted or reshaped into what it is not.

We have an interesting week ahead of us and all kinds of people who've professed variant positions--like ourselves--are waiting. Many of us remain hopeful; a few do not.

But at least we who are long are comforted knowing we had foresight to recognize how society changes and what elements impact such change, i.e., the very dread of knowing that movie-quality commercials on computers will be commonplace in our society and that we will have played a role, albeit a very small one. This has the potential to be as equally frustrating as it might be lucrative. Actually, for me it's already been frustrating. I tire of wanting stability--I want to see it!

Indeed, we continue struggling not only with progress and growth of the company, but with the truth as well.

More good luck to all. Hopefully, we'll be riding high this week.

" we should all be extra careful about reporting anonymous information or even alluding to our access to the same, and if one intends to use such information to one's personal advantage while at the same time vaguely alluding to the information to this thread, that person should be extra careful to explain how he is the recipient of such information, what the information is, and if you are relying upon it why you consider it reliable or accurate in any way. "

That bears repeating, and so I just did. :)

I think the reason that people should be extra-careful about this is obvious - whatever your take on this stock, you have to admit that there is a higher-than-normal probability of an SEC investigation at some point. (Depending on your position, you may consider "higher than normal" to be anything from 1 percentage point higher, to a 99.99 percent certainty...)

Keep in mind that you are creating a permanent record here. Ideal evidence.

Mr. Hayton seems to draw the attention of regulators and law enforcement officials. Don't unwittingly let yourself get caught in the crossfire.
