Just trying to understand the situation: Are you saying that LaJolla is buying shares @ .25 and up?.."selling into La Jolla's buying" What does this mean if anything. Is La Jolla expecting a higher price down the road..obviously beyond .25 shares? New to this...appreciate any thoughts....TIA Bert

OK so far we have a couple people coming to this thread to defend Alan. May I ask why? are you glcp stock holders? how did you find out what is going on here in regards to alan if you are not share holders? i don't know Alan and never heard of him and that means nothing there are many people floating around. But what concerns me is IF you don't hold any shares why would anyone want to waste time posting on astock they don't own? Am I missing something here???????????????

Good. I have no problem with him bringing concerns and/or FACTUAL negative information to the board, in fact I welcome it. I do however have a problem with some of the BS statements he has made regarding this company. What about the post he came on here chanting that the company HAS sold MILLIONS of shares last week...if he would kindly show me the proof I will apologize to the guy but this, alike many of his other statements, are innacurate, untrue, statements of rubbish. Naysay all you want but make if FACTUAL and VERIFIABLE naysays, not untrue rubbish which is brought to the board as if it as a fact when it clearly isn't. All the best, Boob
