If I had 400,000+ shares and I had been holding for three years and I expected a run on news wouldn't you expect me to put myself in the position to sell and make some money? Note the filing was made just prior to the expected announcement date. A 144 only gives one the ability to sell, it doesn't mean sold. I hope the stock takes a great run on strong results and he makes a killing like the rest of us.
