CIMA;

How do you know this shareholder was holding for three years?

Do you know who he is?

Also was this stock restricted at one time. I am not trying to be down on MINE but I find it hard to believe with all the posting on this thread no one has confirmed the float size or called the TA for current share numbers, as well as the percentage of shares own by insiders.

Also if this shareholder was holding for a long period of time he sure could of gotten a heck of allot more for his shares a year ago than now back then it was selling for 5 times what it is now. It is true that filing a 144 doesn't mean someone will sell so if someone is planing on not selling why file it in the first place.

<<If I had 400,000+ shares and I had been holding for three years and I expected a run on news wouldn't you expect me to put myself in the position to sell and make some money? >>

Nope. Not if you are an insider and know that this thing is for real and they will end up with the 100 millions ounces they are now hyping.
Of course, if you would still hold another 1-2 millions shares, than I would find the transaction acceptable.
