Can't tell you how much I appreciate your efforts here Arcane Lore!

For what it's worth, one of the persons at Solucorp I was able to speak to on Friday expressed the impression that the SEC's action came as a complete surprise to the Company and that the SEC had not asked the Company any questions prior to its' taking action.

Respecting the AP wire, I suspect that the writer was just filling in the blanks. In other words, rather than merely restating the SEC release regarding "contracts" the writer inserted examples of Solucorp's cotracts. In that regard, I am not aware of any SLUP contracts with Los Alamos, unless Los Alamos is a corporate relative of Brookhaven. Also, I do not know if the EPA is the contracting party at Superfund sites.

By the way Arcane Legend, do you have a financial stake in SLUP or do you just float through the web as some sort of guardian spirit sharing your exstensive knowledge and offering your thoughtful and erudite assistance to all those in need?

Thanks again!
