david, this scenario was roaming around in my brain for at leaat 12 months now and gtw has done well. well, at least recently ;-) the bears say it is accounting smoke, but i'm not so sure.

my bellweather for gtw is apple. if apple does well then gtw will do well. woe to the person who owns a lot of gtw at a high price when apple reports losses. the nice thing is that apple reports well in advance of gtw.

apple has done quite well of late.

Fleckenstein has been short GTW for the last 2 1/2 years he's got to be feeling some serious pain these days!!! He's been talking about the demise of DELL CPQ and GTW forever. His record on shorts, in general, has been pretty crummy. -he's trying to give his losing record a jump start with some CHEAP lip service. All the shorts on this thread may feel better by listening to this guy,but his credibility is pretty slim and I wouldn't invest any of my money based on what he says!
