Steve, nice post, re living! as you know the quote was a joke....I observe people, and america has a problem, a good problem but mis-managed, saturated fat, is a big time killer! when people learn to manage their diets, and stick to it, we reduce a lot of poor quality of life problems, I go out and see folks that can barely walk because of fat! I mean really fat! we have too much!!! and people are eating the wrong types of food, and it is not all because of money, it is ignorance of diet! I see small children that are twice the size they should be....and will end up in very poor health as they age....What to do! I guess education is the key, but a strong will and some personal dedication to good health is needed......I do not look for it to get better! sad to say! IMHO

Durro, my sentiments exactly. Only you said it better than I could have.
I just read that one high fat meal can kill you if an artery is not in great shape. They said margarine on toast could do it.
Just scheduled my anual physical.
