And with ADC Telecommunications as a JV partner, PLFM will fly. Personally, I plan on holding until the news from the JV partner is released, then selling half and keeping the other half for a couple of years. Who knows, maybe PLFM will be bought out before then and we will all be rich. Vince

Hi Jake, I talked with Greg last Thursday, had some questions I wanted to get resolved in my mind, here they are. Q. The new investor, (He put up 3M recently), what is he expecting to get from the co. for his contribution? A. The last time I talked to him, he said there had been no contracts signed between himself and Howard, so nothing has been set in stone. I think it is safe to assume that he will take over the administrative day to day operations and corporate organization, which will allow Howard more time to work on the design build operations. Q. It has been rumored there are talks with an African Nation taking place. Are there other ongoing negotiations? A. There have been preliminary discussions with an African country, but no serious negotiations are ongoing. We have been investigating the possibilities in many countries, such as India, and the pacific rim countries. Q. We now have a major Telecom co. as well as Telesp in brazil on board, how are they going to interface with PLFM? A. PLFM is operating on a team concept. Agreement with the Telecom co. is based on a technology sharing agreement, Telesp in Brazil, on a revenue sharing agreement. Q. It would appear we have surmounted many mountains in the recent past, are there any foothills ahead? A. The auto pilot, guidance control system, has to be finalized into our equipment design, we have an independent contractor working on that and it will be completed soon. An operation and training system needs to be put in place, so new clients will be able to train personnel on how to operate the equipment. But, these are minor obstacles, easily overcome. Q. I have been told that we will be a reporting co. by June 30, is this still accurate? A. We will definitely be a reporting co. by June 30. There are negotiations currently taking place with several investment banking co's, and whoever gives us the best deal gets it. There it is. I hope this answers some questions that some may have had. On a more personal note, Jake, LFISKY, TR, FUZA, socrates, as well as a few others, all done an excellent job last Fri. in attempting to calm the turbulent waters, and assure the new investors that this is a solid co., with great things ahead in its immediate future. I personally thank you all. Now, with that being said, the highly successful test behind us, lets all get ready for a very profitable week ahead. It was great seeing so many newcomers taking such a strong stand, in the face of adversity. Keep up the good work. I personally am on a live system and will not be on the thread much through the day.
