RocketMan,

Thanks for the realistic post. I completely agree with what you say about the calling of shares. It does not matter if we, the shareholders call our shares. Soon people will realize the huge potential of DGIV. All of the recent press, switch over the the NASD, etc. It is just a matter of time until we climb to 10, 20, 50.... Do we really need to create the chaos of sending this one up rapidly. I can guarantee that if this stock were to take off, this thread would be half the size it currently is. I am not saying that there are not loyal DGIV investors, because I think everyone here believes in this company!! I think it would be a real shame if this thing were to go to $30 in 2 weeks because we all call our shares. Then everyone decides to take profits, and the stock drops back to $10. With such a drop, I think it would take a long time for the company to regain investor confidence. That would be a shame.

Everyone, please do as you feel fit. I am just trying to offer a different, slightly negative perspective for calling your shares. Send me hate mail if you deem, whatever, but just consider your decision to invest in this company. Was it for a quick buck, or was it for the long-term gold mine we all feel that we have found? Base your decisions on how you feel about this company, and if you believe holding your shares vs. calling your shares is the correct thing to do. We all have our motives for investing in this company, but I hope that calling the shares will not ruin it for the true LT investors!! Just my thoughts, and let's all keep posting informative and educational posts. Go DGIV!!

Keith

Well said Rocketman,
That is exactly the point I was trying to make last night, when i let
Lee get me angree by trying to kick people off the board.

First I would like to apologize to the thread for the use of the word CON, I in NO WAY FEEL this is a con. That is what happened to a few other stocks i know of, but as Rocket so eliquintly put it, they were dropping and as a last dich effort, they started to send for Certs!

I should have expressed my anger to Lee in a private message, and for this I am sorry.

Vince

I see your point re. calling certs- we will WIN with DGIV fundamentals, regardless. However, here is one point FOR calling in your certificates:
The advantage is preventing the shorts from playing with your shares by calling in your certs now does NOT lie with the shares we have NOW but rather with the shares that come with the split in the future (we know a split will come sooner or later to increase the flat to add liquidity and let BIG INSTITUTIONS in). After the splits, more shares will be available to be shorted, which will prevent the price to be at its FAIR level after each positive news announcement. If we have the certs, the 60% or so of the float we have now will remain the 60% or so of the float we will have after the split (s) that is NOT available to be shorted. If we do not have the certs, the availabe shares to be shorted will significantly increase as more shares hit the market.
I agree that the company fundamentals will win out at the end.

Howwever, IMO, it is a safe bet the price will always be lower with the shorts around than if the shorts are eliminated (as much as we can since they never completely disappear). Now, let say 6 to 12 months from now, you need to take some money off your DGIV investment for any number of reasons (it is now 100 post 2 splits, it is bought out, you need to buy a house, etc...), would you not want the price to be HIGHER without the shorts?

I know in the past, a call for certs would signify a desperation move for a company. It is TOTALLY different with DGIV. any new investor reading this thread will see we are calling for the certs from a position of STRENGTH not weakness (it is a preemptive move to CRUSH the shorts). in fact, if any one is unwilling to buy DGIV share because of this call for certs at this time, it is even better since it allows those of us who really believe in the commpany to buy more cheap shares and lock up even more of the float!!!!
Good luck everyone.
