Just talked to ETrade, and want to pass on what they told me about certs. Part of it agrees with what others have said, part does not.

First, they told me that ETrade does not allow others to borrow your shares for shorting. I asked him if he guarantees that, and he said yes, take that for what it is worth.

Second, Etrade says their OWN policy is that if you hold the certs physically, they need you to mail them in and get them in their hands before they sell, if you want to sell. They said that OTHER larger brokerages allow you to sell and then mail in the certs within 3 days, but they are not large enough to do that.

So this is what I got from my broker, and pass it on for everyone else's info.

Since I still don;t think that getting certs is a big deal, and since Etrade does not allow shorters to borrow my stock, I am witholding ordering the remaining certs until I see from others what they have found out.

Again, I hope we don't focus on this to the exclusion of the company's fundamentals.

TO ALL: This is your commander via telephone to my wife.
The post by risk-averse is probably one of the most important posts you can read.

Our solidarity, and collective cohesiveness, from a position of strength in a pre-emptive strike will have a sudden and positive impact for all DGIV shareholders current and future.

Wish I could be with you all today.

Rocketman I'm at work.
