thank you all for your comments...let me point to some irregularities...
first of all does anybody know WHO this british investors are???
is it another media company...is it one individual investor?
or maybe a cricket club???
nobody has any information about the Brits....what did they invest ...???amount etc??? any idea????I sure have now clue???and please I really would appreciate it if somebody could enlighten me???

stock price: bid/ask ...the stock is always trading shares at the ask
of 6 3/8 (same game today) bid 5 7/8 ask 6 3/8 all the shares traded are obviously pays 6 3/8...otherwise the trading price would not quote 6 3/8.......why are "other" shares traded at 6 3/8 ...and mine
are not sold at 6$...if alll the ask at 6 3/8 are filled...
so my shares should definetly be sold...tried it today again....no execution till now.....It is not my brokerage firms disability....
this are not proper trades in my opinion...which makes me really worried...I will probably try tomorrow to sell at market ...we will see what happens then.......good luck to you all

Thanx for the info, Stockpro. What do you know about the character of the news release. You mentioned a few weeks ago that your sources said MEGW would be involved in the internet in a big way. Will this news concern the internet? My greatest fear is that the news will be great and that the stock price won't move because no one is paying attention. If that happens, it just creates a buying opportunity for folks like us who are paying attention. Good luck!!! Stockpro: with such a small float, do you feel the corporation will do a secondary offering?
