Dell's short term top should occur after the earnings report.

It should level out depending on market conditions and company news.

However, I wouldn't expect much of a dip. Dell will put out the annual report in early June along with issues to be voted on.

I am watching if Dell will increase shares allowable again to clear the way for 2, 2/1 splits. At present Dell has 650+million outstanding. Dell authorized 1 billion.

Dell needs to authorize more shares or speed up the buyback to clear the way for 1, 2/1 split.

I would authorize 2 billion to solve the short term problem and clear the way for another next year.

Expect Dell to resume the climb leading into the annual meeting in mid-July.
