Dell rated one of overvalued stocks mentioned on Barron appear not affect at all.

Patrick, I'm (100%) sure that the Board will ask the shareholders for an additional 1 billion authorized shares for the July meeting. I'm not so sure that they intend to spilt the stock then. (In fact, I think that would be a highly speculative assertion.) I do expect (75% chance) another 2-1 by the end of the year.

In any event, they need the extra shares to make it happen. They're not going to want to have to send out a special proxy mailing for that if they have to do it between the annual meetings.
