I just tried at (619)566-9604 and got a recording. They probably open at 9:00am. i also called National Stock Transfer in Salt Lake City (801)485-7978 I received a private message with this name and number and this company knows of LaJolla but has not done any business with them for quite sometime. I think someone else should give them a call and do some digging but I think we had BS plants this weekend trying to scare everyone into selling.
