Matty it's very common for a company to halt trading on it's stock in order to properly allow for disbursement of the news. Why would you assume it would be anything else..

What are you talking about, Matty. ESVS and NETZ came out with press release at 11: 44 a.m. re possible merger/combination later this year. This is good news, nothing to panic about.
