That is better than the computer owner complaining about the automatic cup holder that broke and they want a replacement.

Computer tech says CD players are not meant to be cup holders and No that is not covered in the warranty.

Should have given the "You are too stupid response", or at least sent the Computers for Dummies, Advanced edition.

Yeah, I'll bet the Help Desk person got canned. That is as bad as a scene I witnessed a few months back. Yes, this is a TRUE story.

I was in a Burger King with my daughter. We were second in line. The guy in front of us was waiting to place an order. As we stood there waiting for someone to take our orders, several members of the BK crew ambled past, none of them in any particular hurry. By this time, we had been waiting about 5 minutes, nobody had taken an order, and there were now about 10 people in line. After several more minutes of inattention from the BK crew, the guy in front of us reaches across the counter, grabs the microphone the order-taker uses to call out the order to the cooks, and says in a rather loud voice, "We need some help up here at the cash register." A couple of more minutes pass, people start deserting the rather long line at the cash register, and STILL no one comes to the front to take orders although several crew members shuffle around the behind the counter. Finally, one girl from the BK crew comes over directly in front of this long line of clearly irritated customers and starts fiddling with stuff under the counter. The guy in front of us is now totally pissed off. He yells out to her, "EXCUSE ME! ARE WE GOING TO GET ANY HELP HERE?" The girl looks up from her business with a completely bored looked on her face and says, "Doesn't look like it", and goes right back to what she was doing.
