Elk, Not that I know for sure, nobody on this thread has a crystal ball but if they were to acquire a company that ALREADY is listed on NASDAQ then they would not have to meet the same requirements as a company being listed for the first time. DGIV could acquire this company and immediately start trading, IMO. John
