Jake.......you hit it right on the nail......
Just broke through the $7 level with the news announcement out.
This is really great news for the company. I think its about time theyve done something positive, considering that most of the investors here have been waiting for a long time. I hope this is the beginning for better things to come.
Anyway, i was just wondering if anyone knew how the financing was done to acquire this property. Im sure they just didnt have 12 million sitting around. Im also interested in knowing what the floating equity in the deal brings to the table for MEGW. Realistically, if the company in the process had in fact added some equity to their asset value, then perhaps were that one step closer to the Nasdaq status. At this point the stock has reached the necessary price for Nasdaq listing and if they can show the increase in asset value as a result of this acquisition, then we are in business.
Sure looks like MEGW is getting legs of its own. I dont think we have had a down day in some time now. The chart on MEGW is starting to look really good and all the trend indications are very bullish. If we can break through 8, i think theres no looking back.

Hope you are all having a wonderful day, like myself,

Truly yours,

Brodway.
