Skane, I think that the discrepancy you came across is that EDGAR is a branch of the SEC. It might very well be that they have not received the filing for processing from the "main" office that handles the forms. From what I understand, the only thing that Edgar does is electronically provide the forms online for retrieval. Jin.

Skane, seems like the best thing would be for you to call Ira right now @ 212/425-2168 and get the straight skinny on this apparent incongruity. Then, if he is correct that it was submitted (and that should mean "Received" w/ no games) by Edgar last Fri. he can call them and straighten out the problem. We shareholders are at the end of the food chain here and we shouldn't have to straighten out other professionals' messes. Please advise. Ira's in the office and just answered Brad's call. Damned skippy, gettin' mad now. My PKGP hopelesschest just goes up 75% in 45 mins and FAMH goes down .04. GGGGGRRRRRRR. Gary
