I believe that the SEC has an opportunity to question the filing company. I imagine the questioning would have to be resolved before the files were sent to Edgar.

Can someone with Ira's ear ask if the paperwork was sent to the SEC or was it the final post-answereed filing to Edgar? How was it sent? messenger or snail mail?
