JUST SPOKE TO IRA....PLEASE READ....MANY OF YOU KNOW ME FROM MY SUCCESSES (and yes, an occasional small failure) on stocks which I brought to public attention over the last few weeks. I really do my DD and specialize in picking good management as a necessity to picking a stock. I routinely ask hard questioons of CEO's and IR firms and my LD phone bill is obnoxious. I don't have to "like" management, but I have to repspect thier abilities and business plan.

I also try to recommend stocks at a time when they are virtually riskless. I STICK MY NECK WAY OUT WHEN I RECOMMEND STOCKS AND I ONLY RECOMMEND WHEN I FEEL THEY ARE SAFE, although I am sometimes wrong of course and make no guarantees. I look for stocks that I feel will drop no more than 20% but can go up 200% or more within 3-6 months. That is my criteria.

I AM RECOMMENDING FAMH, but I could care less whether you buy it, unless you plan on sticking around for a long time. Unless you are capable of looking at the big picture, please DON'T buy it. In fact if you don't trust IRA, get out! Get off this thread forever. Those of us who believe only want INVESTORS here for the long term.
There are way too many whiners and disbelievers here and way too many with probably unrealistic expectations....NOW SEE BELOW!

MY TRACK RECORD: no BS
IFLYW: I was the first to bring this to the world after requesting a fax on specifically how the warrants worked. Everybody was speculating but no one would call and get the definitive answer. I DID and recommended at 7/16; it ran to $3.50
LCAV@ 1.875, ran to $4.25 within 3 days of my recommendation
PNLK@ 1.10 after talking extensively to IR firm and it ran to $5.50 in 4 days
DGIV@.50 and then reitteration @ $4.25 (now near $8.00)

And just late last week, TGSK, ISDN, and DGIV (again at the $6+ level). ALL stocks are up so far and all have way more upside than downside.

CONVERSATION WITH IRA AND THOUGHTS:
I have largely been out of FAMH until today. I didn't see any reason to tie up my money on a stock that I knew wouldn't move much for awhile. Unlike others, I knew that even if the ATRIX deal went through, it would still takes many weeks for shareholder info and voting to occur and the NASDAQ listing to actually happen.

OK.....I spoke with Ira just a little bit ago. We talked about more than Edgar and here is a summary below. Again, Ira has MUCH MORE IMPORTANT things to worry about than whether the stock goes up or down 2 cents or 4 cents, here or there. Please realize and appreciate that! Everything he does is for the long term health of the company, not for those of you who must MICROANALYZE the stock every hour of every day.

1) Edgar takes 3 business days to post. The results will be posted by end of day Thursday at the latest.....today at the soonest. I like the fact that FAMH is voluntarily getting the financials out and I fully trust they are coming, but I can sure as heck wait an extra day or two. It is out of our control and Ira's at this point....so
deal with it!

2) Ira will not get on NASDAQ at any cost. This concerned me the most. BB stocks can do just fine (look at DGIV), and I told I him I was actually relieved the ATRIX deal didn't go through. I felt the concern about the stock swap ratio was putting a "cap" on FAMH.

He also said he does not like reverse splits but is considering other options, including a warrant deal that shareholder should love, but running the company was foremost.

3) Morton Downey is for additional revenue, nothing more than that. It is a riskfree venture that can only be a "win". I don't thnk we nned to overemphasize it's importance, except is a smart business move.

4) Most importantly, he reassured me that he cannot follow the comments on this thread and could not worry about them. He has a company to run. YES....this made me feel great as well.

My own take is that there are many of you who own a few hundred or thousand shares that love to turn this whole thing into a soap opera. Ira made a mistake every answering any of us intially, IMO. No CEO should have to be under the microscope that some of you put him under.

He has done a remarkable job and I firmly believe (although he did not say this) that some of you twist his words or hear what you want to hear). You have gotten to the point of implying that IF "X" EVENT DOES NOT HAPPEN BY THIS "Y" date, IRA IS A BIG LIAR AND SCAM ARTIST.
Yes, he is gruff and rough sometimes, but a real bulldog personality and tireless energy is an asset...a BIG ASSET

I don't know how he stays so calm. If I were him, flying around the country like mad, trying to deal with ATRIX executive A-holes, or deal with lawyers or the IRS, or whoever, under constant pressure to please shareholders, I would go nuts listening to some of the people here. I really would! Thank goodness he doesn't take this info personally!

The people who have big positions and are long have never complained. I rarely look at this thread anymore. It drives me nuts.

Remember, financials are voluntary people! He doesn't have to release anything! If he were a crook, why would he have tried to get onto NASDAQ...finacials are NOT voluntatily there...they are required!

The Myriad investment happened, didn't it? Do things always happen on time in the complex business world? No!

Regarding some add'l shares and dilution. The market cap of the company has gone up bigtime with the addition of Myriad....some additional dilution is of course goint to happen. But the point is the company is how many times bigger than before? Will the increase in profits and leverage be worth an increase ion numbers of shares....of course. Earnings per share is enhanced big time.

Will Edgar post the financials today or willl it be Tues or Wed or will it be as late as Thursday? WHO CARES! That is a concern for doubters and people who are not looking at the big picture!

IN CONCLUSION:
If you don't trust IRA, sell! Get out! Now!
Nobody is asking you to stay! Those of us long will buy your shares.
Just stop the endless WHINING and WONDERING why some event has not happened within your tight little timeframe. You either believe at this point or you don't. My only suggestion for IRA, who is a very very crafty and solid businessman, is to purposely overestimate how long something will take, so he always looks the hero...but then I said....."nah, just continue to do your job and let your progress happen when it happens".

Remember...either you believe or you don't.....which is it?

HAPPY TRADING,
DAVE
PS--If I am totally wrong, this is the most incredible scam I have ever seen.
