Dave: Well said. However, keep in mind that penny stocks attract the people who live minute by minute unlike the IBM's, GE's and Coke's who attract the long term investors. I for one am pretending like this is money I never had so I won't touch it for a long time. Many here are not thinking that way. Thanks for that great post! -PsycProf

I spoke with the company today and was told that we are now at 53MM. The printing press does seem to be excellerating a bit... that's 2MM more in the last week and a half is it not? I'll be honest, I think it's pretty apparent why the price hasn't gone up. Hopefully when the dust has cleared it's all been worth it and there are new revenues to make up for the dillution. I want to see the proforma.

Dave, you're a jerk...but you make some valid points. If we want IBM reporting, then buy IBM. If we want to play the OTC game, then we agree to a different set of rules, period. FAMH looks good for a longer term hold. Dexx

Dave, Please elaborate on this. >2) Ira will not get on NASDAQ at any cost. < Does this mean IRA told you he didn't want a NASDAQ listing or he is holding out for an AMEX (soon to be NASDAQ) listing or he wants an NYSE listing. He just spent three months trying to get ATRIX so he could have a NASDAQ listing. Please explain. Kevin

Re: 1) Edgar takes 3 business days to post. The results will be posted by end of day Thursday at the latest.....today at the soonest. Normally not 3 days as it is electronic - But being the first report it might take more than one day. Supposing some checks has to be done. --- A lot of nervous hands among FAMH shareholders. I bought more today and I think a lot of us did - But apparently more wanted to sell. I really do not understand why. Kr Jens

Hey Dave, Who the hell died and left you boss? You jerk! Some of us own a few hundred or a thousand shares? How about TENS OF THOUSANDS AND EVEN SOME WHO OWN HUNDRED'S OF THOUSANDS. Hey buddy, we own the damn company, although I grant you with the printing press operating we each own less and less every day. We do have a right if we wish to do any damn thing we wish. If we want to micro manage, question, or anything else we have the right. Many FAMH shareholders have held this stock for months and months waiting for "next week" Who the hell do you think you are buying in today and giving orders to everyone. Because I am an uneducated country boy, and don't know how to respond to such long winded blow hard's such as yourself, I'll simply say E@T ME!!!! Thanks so much, Lonnie
