Kevin, you asked me to elaborate on Ira's statement of a NASDAQ listing. Sure...

I was concerned from the start about the ATRIX deal (both the weakness of ATRIX and the share swap ratio) and wanted to know whether Ira was so intent on a NASDAQ deal that he would do about anything to get one. He said, absolutely not!

As he pointed out, a NASDAQ listing would help matters a bit, but it wasn't the primary goal. The primary goals were to post profits and grow the business and eventually the listing would come. He IS considering some other alternatives to merging into a shell or another NASDAQ company, but definitely NOT a reverse split to simply get the stock price up to qualify.

KEVIN WROTE:
Please elaborate on this.

>2) Ira will not get on NASDAQ at any cost. <

Does this mean IRA told you he didn't want a NASDAQ listing or he is
holding out for an AMEX (soon to be NASDAQ) listing or he wants
an NYSE listing. He just spent three months trying to get ATRIX
so he could have a NASDAQ listing.
